「Room was clean and comfortable, with a good bathroom, but a view only to the building wall next door. Breakfast was disappointing and not very appetising. Dinner was ok but misswording of the offer available at the time meant too much food was brought and we were overcharged, though the staff were kind enough to correct this after some explaining. The wifi stopped working unfortunately. The location was good for the immigration office but otherwise a long walk or taxi ride to the centre.」

「I had a very good time here! Thanks to our diving guide - Dreck, I could dive to 18m( trying but failed before after pass my SSI). There is a safe diving center: new equipment, one guide for max 4, but most time only 2 of us. 1)There is 24 hours electric power supply with air condition, which is rare in this aera. 2)best dive center: even the Siladen resort sent their guest here 3)good house rif 4) good food and change meal every day Strongly recommend Onong resort 」

「Conveniently located next to the hospital, which is why I chose this place needing unexpected care last minute. This hotel needs a face lift and feels very tired. Very dissapointed to not have hot water in the room, expecially being sick and having gone without a hot shower for 3 months now. Breakfast was very simple and bland, i would reccomend skipping it and going out. Overall, unless you need to go to the hospital I would not reccommend this hotel.」

「早餐很豐富，但是有些團客的客人會大聲喧嘩、浪費食物，建議八點過後再去享受早餐，才不會遇到他們。 飯店離海邊走路約15分鐘，附近有超市，採購用品很方便。 我住三樓的時候晚上很安靜，但無景觀。換到九樓，窗外景觀好，可是晚上會聽到窗外的車聲，隔壁說話聲音很大，一直到半夜一點多才停止。」

「Great view of sea and city from my 10th floor room. Great sea view and sunset from the corridors and the 3rd floor pool/ breakfast restaurant too. Room not big but comfy enough and meets all basic needs. Nice "breakfast with a view". Easy to get taxis. Near city center and the port (5mn by taxi). There's a bad smell from the bathroom plumbing most of the time though. Wifi can be quite slow.」

「We had the king bed with partial sea view on the 6th floor. Check in was flawless because they allowed us to store our luggage before 2pm. They took our luggages to the room and gave us the key when we got there late in the evening. The room is spacious with extra day bed by the big window. When we woke up in the AM and let the sun in then we spotted the dirtiness in the room. Big mirror smeared with sticky fingerprints everywhere, under the bed was extremely dusty and dirty, the mini fridge...

「Fijn hotel. Personeel is vriendelijk en doet haar best, mag beter opgeleid worden. Letten bij het ontbijt niet op en snappen niet wat efficiënt werken is. Ontbijt zelf niet smakelijk alles mist smaak. Heel jammer want je krijgt wel een prachtig uitzicht. 」

「Nice hotel in central Manado, with friendly managemant. Had big problem because Expedia did not pay the bill. The hotel could not arrange it. I had to do a lot of correspondence and the responses from expedia came very slow. Hotel was ok, Expedis a nightmare.」

「The room is very comfortable and clean. The staffs were helpful.After the online check-in was done. I needed to receive the boarding pass through the hotel e-mail. Suppose I needed to pay for it but they waived the charges. 」

「The villa we booked was not available when we arrived. I had booked and paid months earlier and was extremely upset. The gave us a new duplex which smelt of cement and the shower flooded. The TV was not connected. We got the villa the next day and the TV channels were all Chinese channels. The floor was mopped with a dirty mop as you could see the marks on the bathroom floor. The door to the balcony would not lock and the front door took a long time to open as it was stuck. The restaurant...
