「Very friendly staff. Good location. Room floors were not super clean but overall the room was good. The rooftop restaurant has a stunning all around view. 」

「One of the best properties I’ve ever stayed, hands down. The only challenge I will have is matching the level of client service, care and rapport put in from the amazing team」

「Very close to the fish market restaurant area. Walking distance to key city centre. But the address on Expedia not very accurate. Valet parking $20 is ok. Yet our room when check in at 8pm is full of order refreshener that is too strong to bear. 」

「非常好.從機場過來,30分就到。到各景點，也很近。櫃臺經理，幫忙叫車安排，非常客氣。早餐也很棒。只可惜，景點太多，參觀不完。很累。」

「This was a last minute booking and it was difficult to find. You have to go in through this tiny door that opens up into a common area and then up stairs to find the reception desk. Also, they are not there all the time. We had to tell them precisely what time we were arriving so they would be at the desk. The room was clean and nice and it was a great neighborhood.」

「Excepcional! Muy limpio y bien localizado」

「Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!」

「this is the nicest hotel i have ever stayed at. the interiors and materials are beautiful. the staff was very nice and super helpful. I would visit Palermo again just stay at this hotel again.」

「Our room has a fun music theme. It was very comfortable. Breakfast, which was included, was delicious and our host Luca was very attentive. There is a lovely terrace where you can have breakfast if the weather is good. The location was perfect for exploring Palermo on foot. Luca gave us excellent recommendations for dinner. The rooms are a few stories up so I wouldn’t recommend it for someone who has accessibility problems. For us, it was a perfect location.」

「Large rooms and baths. Very nice and helpful staff. But, no elevator and long uneven steps tough to manage with heavy luggage. Also garage is a nightmare to get to and a 10 min walk to the hotel.」

「the attractions are at walkable distance from the suite. A bit noisy at night because there is a bar next to it. They provide earplugs but we were able to sleep without the earplugs. the room was clean. we stayed here for 3 nights. There was no hot water in the second night (likely the boiler was emptied)」
