I loved staying at this Palermo hotel! It exceeded my expectations with a stunning rooftop terrace to enjoy a delicious extensive breakfast and in the evening watch the sunset at Seven Restaurant while sipping a Limoncello Spritz and exquisite dinner. Palermo's beauty is in every direction and it was delightful to relax on the terrace to witness it. Staff were very kind and helpful. My room was small yet efficient. I was extremely grateful for the air conditioning after walking around the city in really hot summer weather. Highly recommend staying there.

The terrace at the hotel offers a superb view across Palermo towards the mountains in one direction and the sea in the other. Our room was clean and functional, but rather small and gloomy. With two indentations to make room (presumably) for the addition of bathrooms, the room was not spacious. There was no attempt at decor and the sombre plain walls were rather downbeat. The location on Via Roma is very good for central Palermo and the Centrale railway station. Dinner on the terrace was charming. Breakfast was standard fare, but the view made up for any slight dullness in the food offering. The staff throughout were polite and helpful. We would stay there again.

Good hotel with an impressive rooftop view and lovely room. Gym was not available when we arrived in the evening and in the morning at 8.00 I was told it is closed because guests are still sleeping. Super disappointed that I couldn’t use the gym and staff were not helpful in making any arrangements. Opening times are not available online nor on the gym door so I found myself twice in front of a locked door ready to workout.

We stayed as a family of four over two rooms. Both rooms we clean, and well maintained, bathroom layouts were interesting in one room, and we were missing the complimentary wine. Roof top terrace is awesome, very popular with non residents so book ahead if you want dinner, not advised at check in. Parking 5 mins walk away, EUR25 booked by the hotel which was well received. Managed to misplace a room key, and were unable to get a replacement, due to ‘system issues’ and unable to confirm if the existing key had been blocked. Air-con worked and the hotel was just what we needed ahead of a flight back to the UK from Palermo.

The staff was amazing and the property was very nice. We had two issues 1st on expedia it said there was a shuttle to the beach for a charge and that was not true. You could take two city buses over and hour. 2nd there was construction going on so the power went out on tow different occasions. They did warn us but it was 90 degrees.
