“Otelin konumu Mükemmel. Odalar tertemiz.Yatak konforu çok iyi. Ancak duş almayı denediğimizde.Duş Küvete döndü.otel çok daha güzel işletilebilir.ancak tekrar konaklamakta tereddüt etmem”
“Great location next to the Sea Gardens and the Main Street for Bars and Restaurants . Hotel is about a 40 minute walk to the main bus terminal. Staff are friendly and polite. Clean and comfortable rooms with a good breakfast. Cannot fault this hotel after a 2 night stay. ”
“This is a rather nice hotel which we were upgraded to a studio. Nice view that our room has a balcony. As well, clean with sufficient bathing aids. However, it is a little bit too far from the bus station. Those with heavy suitcases when going there need to go through a rather long tunnel without any lift.”
“Lovely location right across from a very nice beach on the Black Sea. Spacious rooms and good service. Wish we could’ve stayed longer but do recommend ”
“Everything was great, from check-in to check-out, all the staff were very attentive. The location is perfect, the room has a sea view, the furniture is new, everywhere from the lobby to the rooms smelled very clean. I especially thank Mr. Emu and Miss Iulıana at the reception for their information and attention.(Aytaç) ”
“Staff are so friendly, rooms are always clean and hotel guests get discounts in the sports bar. Absolutely love this hotel and have stayed here everytime ive been to varna”
“For the self-parking that says on description, that's not true. You will need to pay for their valet parking, they have a underground parking garage. The glasses in the room are extreme DIRTY, looks like they haven't cleaned it for 10 years! Other than these, the hotel is ok. Very good view!”
“We stayed in a very clean and comfortable room. It would have been nice if they had provided slippers in the room. Breakfast was quite sufficient. We were welcomed and seen off with a warm smile. We really liked it and are glad we chose Hugo Hotel. If we visit Varna again, we will definitely stay here again. A great place for families to stay safely.”
