「Staying at Fugen-in Temple in Koyasan was an incredible experience. The atmosphere is peaceful, the staff are welcoming and kind, and everything was beautifully taken care of. The room are clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The temple is located right in the heart of Koyasan, which made it very easy to walk everywhere and explore this magical place. 「This hotel was easily one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan. The hotel rooms have a proper ryokan feel and the hotel staff are the nicest people I have came across in Japan. We didn’t even ask them for a shuttle pick up from our bus stop but a car with a driver was already there They provide free shuttle to and fro Sukurai station which I wish I knew from before. Oh and the views from the rooms are just exquisite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in a heartbeat. My only regret is that...
