It is a lovely stay in Shibuya. Hotel staff are very friendly and the breakfast was nice. The hotel rooms are large There is taxi ride offered by the hotel to the nearby airport shuttle station so the ride to narita airport is covered. Will therefore consider staying in the hotel again

Perfect price with location

Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice and we also really like the complimentary daily kick-off drink. The room is slightly small but it is very clean.

The hotel is clean and with the Richmond brand, it's a quality guarantee for a comfort stay
