“One of the hostess is called Mila. She is an excellent hostess, kind, patiënt, very positive and vibrant. The accommodation is central located which means you can reach all city highlights in no time. There is a subway (MRT) which is two stops away of KL Central Station and from there all other subways and trains are accessible. At KL SENTRAL you also arrive and leave ”

“I picked this hotel is because it is located near KL Sentral station. The signage pointed me to go thru NU Sentral mall but is not clear enough and it took me 20 more min to locate the hotel eventually. Check in is speedy, room is spacious but a bit old. Plenty of storage with a full kitchen, which will be good for long term stay. The air con is a major disappointment. The thermostat didn’t work and it kept pouring out cold air and it is just freezing (below 20C) until you turned it……

“ I would happily return. The residence and my flat looked new. Everything needed was there. No smell of cigarette, the fans, AC and WiFi were working fine. Don't forget a plug adapter (G type in Malaysia). A mall and supermarket are at 5 min by walk, restaurants too. Quiet residential area. There were few people in the swimming pool during the week. A few small things to improve: the handle of one window was broken, the shower head was broken and I had to remove it (which is OK for me), there……

“This place was by far my favorite in Malaysia. Our original hotel was canceled last minute so I quickly booked this place despite only having 2 reviews. The deposit and deposit return was a little frustrating but they were extremely helpful through whatsapp. I was able to use my credit card and I was promptly refunded the next day after checking out. “Host was amazing. Prompt in all his replies, clear instructions, and very accommodating. 10/10 for host, definitely. Room was clean, Smart TV could connect to our Netflix account, and a new air con had been installed which was cold and powerful! Appreciate the new air con, and space for a small dining table. Cutlery and cooking pots and hot water flask and towels and hair dryer provided, good size fridge too. Not too keen on the toiletries (I think the shampoo was very watery), so we bought……
