“The Culvert is an atypical hotel accommodation. The cylinder shaped cocoons are clean and fun to stay in and the staff is very friendly. This is an open air concept with everything, except you room, being outside. Premises are located on a hill which means a lot of stairs - and they are no longer in perfect condition. The two pools are quite nice, but the furniture around them are showing signs of over use while cushions and mattresses are missing or engorged with water. The dining is quite……

“Staff, mostly nice but some are a bit rigid. Location not very convience just quite close to airport around 8 mins if taking grab. For the room, i think im a bit unlucky coz when the 1st room i live, i find there are some ants on the blanket, so i get down & call the staff to help me to change another room. So far, for the next 4 days, everything seems good, BUT..till the last 2 days, i again suddenly find 4-5ants on my bed blanket again.. To be honest, as a customer, "Tidness" should put the……

“Cove 55 was the perfect finale to our family trip. Tucked between the slopes of Mount Santubong and the South China Sea, it feels like a private retreat — our room was spacious, spotless, and so quiet at night that all we heard was the jungle. But it’s the people who made our stay. The team helped us arrange our trips to the Semenggoh orangutans and a wetland cruise, and thought of every detail so that traveling with three generations felt effortless. Breakfast was wonderful — Western and local……
