“施設のクオリティと値段が全く合っていない”

“Deze resort was maar 11 jaar oud, maar we zagen wel een verval die niet snel werd aangepakt. De kamers zijn groot en voldoen aan alle comfort. We vonden de mini bar erg mager en werd ook niet elke dag aangevult. Buiten eten was beperkt tenzij je een auto hebt en circa 10-20 km naar het noorden reedt. Eten in het restaurant was goed maar ontbijt was hoofdzakelijk gericht voor de Malay klanten. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en dat heeft onze vakantie toch een voldoende opgeleverd.……

“We booked the delux room but then it was not clean and facilities quite old. If you care about the cleanness , I will suggest you to book the standard room”

“Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos. Em relação à acomodação, as fotos apresentadas são mais atrativas do que o apartamento em si, que possui características antigas, especialmente visíveis nas paredes. As casas de banho são funcionais, porém escuras. Os corredores de acesso apresentam um cheiro desagradável, provavelmente devido a lixeira próximo a uma das portas do corredor. Serve como paragem de descanso a caminho das ilhas.”

“Nice location - close to the beach, clean inside, no wifi connection (something is wrong and couldn't figure out), lack of direction to assigned parking spots.”

“Smal but comfortable apartment. Lovely views from the balcony. Could be so much better if the apartment and corridors were refreshed/ renovated. Very busy at weekends but very quiet Monday to Thursday. Owner of the flat very helpful. Few good nearby shops and restaurants. People very nice and friendly.”

“A small hotel at the main trunk road. Room was clean. However, it was rather noisy, as many cars passed by even at late night. You don't need an alarm, as the vehicles will wake you up at 6+ am. Need to walk for 5-7 min to a breakfast place. ”

“Have stayed at this building many times, this host is very annoying, so many messages just to get our entry card details from the post box which is normally a super simple process via other host. Then after the stay is complete again it took them so many days till they eventually refund our deposit. Just annoyed because they basically didn't have responsibility. ”

“Hele lieve behulpzame mensen bij de receptie, voor de rest kan je de grab nemen overal heen , ik was er 8’dagen , was te lang , dacht dat ik vanuit hier makkelijk naar Tioman kon gaan , maar is toch te ver weg , de watervallen en grotten durfde ik niet , omdat je niet zeker weet of de grab je komt ophalen, 4 dagen is genoeg voor Kuantan”
