「We booked the Deluxe Chalet room with sea view, 678 sq ft. They gave us a garden room with many dead mosquito on the bed and on the table. So I asked the front desk to change our room with sea view. 「i'm very disappointed because the hotel did not receive my booking even though been confirmed by expedia. i have waited for an hour before the problem can be resolved. some more i got a smaller room (downgrade) from 2 + 1 bed which i book earlier (1 month early) to double bed for the same amount i paid. i should be compensated for the trouble.」
