    Kulalani 503 is a luxurious townhome located in the highly desirable Mauna Lani Resort.  Boasting a lavish master suite featuring a spacious tile shower and an indulgent soaking tub. With a generous Golf Course-facing lanai, it offers stunning views and ample space for relaxation. Ideal for families or groups, this retreat accommodates up to 8 guests, and now with professionally cleaned and sterilized laundry!

    Whether you are barbecuing on the generous lanai or preparing meals and drinks in the fully equipped and upgraded kitchen, it’s a dream with a golf course view and an open layout that keeps everyone connected.



    This luxurious unit offers a spacious floor plan and seating in the living room, dining area, and covered outdoor seating which makes it ideal for families and group vacations to gather with ease.



    This townhouse comfortably sleeps 8. The generous primary bedroom and its fabulous ensuite are located downstairs along with the main indoor and outdoor living areas and garage. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with a queen bed and bunk bed) that share a full bathroom. Open the screened doors for tropical breezes or enjoy central air conditioning, and brand-new ceiling fans throughout the home.



    Local golf cart rental is available - and encouraged!

    The Neighborhood:

    Kulalani is a walkable upscale community of higher end units. The two-acre amenities center has a large freeform family pool, a 50 foot lap pool, two hot tubs, a gym, and a large covered pavilion for grilling or gathering.



    Stay in this luxury townhouse includes a Club Card that gives access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Beach Club beach bay is protected and has cabanas and recliners available on a first come basis. Napua, an upscale restaurant and bar, is located on the sandy beach.



    The beautiful beach at the Fairmont Orchid Hotel beach is less than a mile away. There is also a trail that leads over to Puako.



    Getting Around:

    The Big Island has much to see and do and it is highly advised that guests rent a car to take advantage of the many things this island has to offer. Hawaii Island does not have abundant public transportation, so renting a car is best. However, if you do not drive you may consider hiring a charter tour, driver, or Uber. And Mauna Lani is the only major resort in the area that allows you to drive around in a standard golf cart. Rent one or two and enjoy the many beach, dining and shopping options within the Mauna Lani Resort.



    Other Things to Note:

    Please park inside the garage or use the parking pass to park in one of the unassigned guest spaces. Please do not park in front of the garage.

This home has everything. Well thought out, great kitchen amenities, sub Z fridge, very premium and upscale with an amazing double lanai. Beach stuff, beautiful furniture, comfortable beds, reidel wine glasses. Highly recommended!

We had an excellent stay and would absolutely come back. The property is very spacious, clean, and fully equipped—it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxed stay. The beds were very comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the TV and Sonos sound system, which added a nice touch.The outdoor area is fantastic, with a nice pool and plenty of space to unwind. Having access to the gym, as well as beach gear, bicycles, and a private beach club, really made the stay feel special and gave us lots of options for activities.Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive and helpful throughout. Overall, a great place with everything you need for a perfect getaway.
