Perfect Mauna Lani Property

Our party of 7 enjoyed all that the area has to offer and the accommodations were perfect for a family and friends vacation. The property was clean, well cared for and comfortable. Communication was easy and the host went out of his way to be responsive. We are hoping to return next year!

Wonderful Stay

Mike was super accommodating and communicative. You cannot beat the location and the view of the mountains, ocean, and golf course. The house and shared facilities exceeded expectations. We enjoyed both the beach club and community pool. Highly recommmend, 10/10.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We had a great time! The house was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The pool and hot tub were working well and clean. The owners and property manager were very responsive and helpful. It is very close to Hapuna beach, but the included access to the beach club was great too. Only small downside is the golf course mowing was very loud in the morning, but that's to be expected on a golf course. Mahalo!

Nice house in nice community with everything you need

We have stayed in the Kamilo neighborhood before so we basically knew what we were getting and there were no big surprises. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful views of the golf course and even a bit of the ocean. It was a nice place to eat meals and relax. The only disappointment was the overall cleanliness of the home. It needs a deep clean. It had clearly been “surface” cleaned before our arrival and it looked nice. Everything was neat and tidy, but things like the kitchen sink, bathroom floors, showers, refrigerator, countertops etc
.had definitely only been wiped down with minimal effort. I typically clean those things before I settle in for my own piece of mind anyway, so it wasn’t worth complaining about, but too bad as it is a lovely house. We had a nice stay there nonetheless and are grateful for it:)

Wonderful vacation rental

We enjoyed our recent stay. Perfect layout for two families with children. Everyone enjoyed the pool area and room to spread out within the house. The host was very communicative and helpful. We hope to be back next year!

It was very comfortable for three couples and well equipped for cooking and entertaining. The private pool and spa were great and the large public area with 2 pools and a hot tub were wonderful also. Mike was helpful and responsive with everything we needed and made our visit to the Islands fabulous and relaxing. Don't hesitate to rent from this fabulous management company.

There were 5 of us and plenty of room to enjoy lounging inside and outside the house. The property manager was amazing! He was quick to respond to minor fixes as well as to explain or clarify any questions about the accommodations. The beach club was lovely although you do need to drive to this location. The beaches really aren’t very close so best to drive for convenience. The beds were comfortable, the pool/jacuzzi were convenient, and the kitchen had lots of space to cook (the bbq worked great as well!) Nice view of the golf course and peekaboo view of the ocean. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home on this amazing island!!

When I investigated other properties they managed the reviews were not good. I canceled that house and switched to a house managed by SRP Management and I’m so glad I did. Mike was easy to contact and quick to respond, even with the time difference. The house was everything I hoped and the pictures didn’t deceive. Beach chairs, floats, snorkeling equipment, plenty of towels and a pool and hot tub, not to mention the great private beach! The use of the garage was a bonus. So much room, I don’t think we ever sat in the den! It was the perfect house for my family and we had a spectacular vacation.

The home has a large great room with plenty of space to spread out. We don’t have young children but I did notice a safety gate for the stairs, a play ‘n’ pack as well as small dishes and cups. It is within walking distance to one of the beaches and the petroglyphs. We used the hot tub every evening. The management company was very responsive and easy to work with. It was hard to come home!

Great property for a group of 6 adults

We loved our stay! The home had (almost) everything we needed for a fabulous stay. And when we asked for items that were missing (ex: beach chairs), they were provided immediately. There were plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, pots/pans, silverware, towels, beach towels, etc. Beds were very comfy. Pool/hot tub were great as was the rec center, gym and beach club. We will be back!

We were so pleased with the house and all the amenities that came with it. Beach Club was an A+ addition and we utilized all its features throughout our stay. Just what we needed

Overall, we were very pleased and we would have no hesitation inbooking this property in the future. The property manager was very accommodating. The only reason I only gave four (4) stars for cleanliness was for the upper and lower lanais. They could have been hosed down and/or swept a little better. The interior was very clean.

Great location!

The four stars are for the absolute beauty of the location! We really loved staying here because of the location. We had a few hiccups, two of which where addressed promptly and greatly appreciated. The third issue however was a deal breaker for re-booking this property. We had issues with the pool. We booked a home with a private pool due to one in our party has leukemia so for safety reasons we needed our own pool. When we arrived on a Wednesday the pool had debris and a dead bird in it. The pool guys don't come until Fridays (which should be addressed in the property description) so we missed those two days in the pool. The back lawn was very overgrown and when the lawn maintenance came through the pool ended up with so much grass clippings that it was unusable and the grass along the edge of the pool was clumped up and left a mess. We did call and the manager had the pool guys come. They did clean the pool but left the whole yard mess including an unsightly pile of pool cleaners and treatment stuff. This left the pool uniasable for us 5 out of the 10 days we were there. Besides the pool. the smell of the front loading washer has left the linens with an unfortunate mildewy smell, the kitchen is not as well stocked as it makes it sound, and the ammenities left in the garage were in a jumbled mess some dirty and some broken. I would have left 2 stars for these reasons but the location was absolutlely the best and the house was clean when we arrived.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wow! Two couples, two babies, and one set of grandparents thoroughly enjoyed this property. The house was big enough for everyone to have their own space, decor and furnishings were first class and we felt so lucky to be living in it for two weeks. The pool and hot tub were used multiple times a day—in fact, there were days we never left the house! The community pool and grounds were incredible and the kids pool there was huge—our 16-month old granddaughter spent hours in it. The property manager was responsive to all my texts and phone calls and gave us a late check out—allowing the babies to get good naps before a very late flight home.We normally stay in downtown Kona and I was worried about being so far north but everyone agreed the location made us see and do different things. We will DEFINITELY be back to this house.

It was a perfect house for two families to share. It is beautiful and well-maintained. The pool and hot tub were great. The location was convenient. There are many local beaches within a few minutes. And many other activities were only 40 minutes away. Shig and Mike were a pleasure to speak to, and so accommodating during these uncertain times. I would highly recommend this property!!!
