Nice ammenties, including a cook top stove, fridge, washing machine, and full sized unit bath. We'd definitely stay here again on any future visit to Kanazawa.

The best hotel in Japan so far from our trip. Spacious, quiet, comfortable and easy to check in/out of. The staff at the Hotel Kanazawa were very kind, and we were never disturbed at all. Absolutely amazing stay.

2歳と4歳の子供連れで、洗濯を2回しましたが、お風呂の乾燥が秀逸で、助かりました。 無駄なものがなく、畳のスペースもあったので、助かりました。

お部屋はとても綺麗で整っていました。洗濯機もあり浴室乾燥で乾かすこともできました。しかし、チェックインにわざわざ違うホテルまで行かなければならず、とても大変でした。私達は車があったのでまだ寄れましたが、車がなければチェックインホテルと泊まるホテルの行き来は困難な距離です。なのに予約するまでそのシステムを知らされなかったので、知った時は不満でした。宿泊ホテルにはスタッフは誰も居ません。マンションをそのまま一部屋借りる感じで、お部屋は綺麗でとても良かったですが、ホテル感はなく、スタッフのサービスやなくほっとかれる感じです。

施設は新しくキレイで良かったです。 ただwifiがGoogleアカウントで設定しないと使えないようでそこだけ改善していただきたいです。 他のところのようにピンカード入れれば自動的に使えるようだと良いです。
