“I stayed two nights at the Heritance Tea Factory hotel. As soon as I arrived I was amazed by the scenery, it looks just exactly the same as the photo, surrounded by tea plantations with a great with of the mountains from afar. It is a bit of a drive from the town but it was nice to be in somewhere very peaceful and scenic. They have a lovely welcome ritual and tea. The hotel still has the engines from the factory days and they runs every night for 30 mins. It is full of stories in this hotel.……

“Absolutely beautiful bungalow. The staff are incredibly supportive and caring. The location is unbelievable - amazing views and very peaceful. The food is of the highest quality and service impeccable. Highly recommend and will definitely return. ”

“Very welcoming and friendly hosts, and a delicious breakfast! The room was spotless and the location was perfect — close to everything while still being a lovely and peaceful place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“Lovely staff and service”

“價格偏貴 房間清潔度一般 但服務员很友善”

“清靜的地方，都企理乾淨，房間很大，空間感大”

“The views over the valley, the tea plantations and agricultural land are fantastic. The villa is set up on a hillside, about 3km out of town. It takes approximately a 10 min tuk tuk drive into town. The staff are absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. The hotel is beautifully presented, mostly made in wood and looking very smart. The room and bathroom were large, clean and well presented. The whole place is beautiful an dis surrounded by beautiful countryside. ”

“The staff at the hotel provided great customer service, friendly and awesome hospitality. The hotel rooms have great scenic views. I would recommend to all guests”

“We enjoyed our stay at Tea Plant, with a very spacious room offering a lovely view — thank you again for the upgrade. Dinner was also good and generous. However, the hotel really needs some refurbishment (leaks, worn furniture), and the staff could be a bit more professional”

“My Wife and I travel a lot around the world and this is one of our favourite properties. We had a fantastic stay at this property the location on the edge of Lake Gregory is amazing to wake up to each morning. The team go out of their way to make your stay as relaxing as possible - from packed lunches for the train to Ella, to visiting the local organic farm where most of the vegetables come from. The food is also superb, we went with half board and each day was a wonderful discussion about what……

“Room was large and beds very comfortable. Hot water ran out in the morning so cold shower for friend. Food was varied and tasty at breakfast and evening meal. Lovely bar serving a variety of drinks and cocktails. Staff very friendly and helpful”

“Hotellet er i sin helhed godt til prisen og personalet var søde og hjælpsomme. Der var en del musik der støjede fra naboer, hvilket gjorde det svært at falde i søvn, hvilket var et stort minus for hotellet.”

“酒店环境很好，就是酒店餐厅食物不太好吃”
