I reserved a room and got in super late. By the time I arrived they had just given my room away to another customer. Fine print apparently said that if you aren’t going to be there by 6pm you need to call to hold the room. I got charged$179, and had to go to another hotel at 1:30am and paid double. If you ask me, this was horrible customer service, the manager even said that they over booked the hotel and did nothing to accommodate. They said I should receive a refund in2-10 days. This was a disappointing experience

The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The hotel is pretty tired. Some things in the room were broken or in less than great shape and definitely need repair. The location is great - cheap room for being right on the Plaza.

Our vehicle was broken into in the parking lot overnight, the window was completely smashed out with glass everywhere. The employees here were very nice and helped us tape plastic over the window and clean glass up. The hotel itself was dirty and smelled bad- our room smelled so strongly I was unsure if we were going to stay. The bathtub dripped, the floors were dirty and the cabinets were broken and in disrepair. This is by far the worst experience I've had staying in a hotel.

Very welcoming and hospitable staff. However, the heater in my room was broken (made a loud noise, blew cold air) and the temperature was extremely cold. I had to ask for 2 additional blankets to stay warm during the night.

This property has to be one of the worse I’ve ever stayed at. The breakfast is a joke muffins and still granola bars. The bathroom sink dripped all night. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The manager was very rude.

The night stand was broken. The lamps and chairs needed to be replaced. Breakfast consisted of 3types of granola bars, instant oatmeal and mini muffins. Coffee or hot chocolate. No juice or water was available. The room needed room darkening curtains to block the bright lights in the parking lot.

Proprty was old and room was dirty. Kept our shoes on anytime when not sleeping as the floors were filthy and everything was dingy. Many areas smelled like smoke. There was a smoke detector in the hallway that kept beeping due to a low battery. One night when we came back to the room there was a person sitting in the hallway (obviously not a guest) asking anyone who passed for a cigarette or money to buy cigarettes. I am assuming they were homeless as their clothes were dirty and they had awful body odor. I am not trying to pass judgment on them, however, it was pretty obvious that they did not have a room at the hotel and had just walked in and were attempting to sleep in the hallway.
