Cute Cottage with Lots of Room

Wonderful Stay in a Perfect Location!

We had an great stay at Cozy in KC. The house was clean, well-furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We especially loved living room, dining room and spacious kitchen. The location was about a 20 minute drive from downtown KC. While everything was great, just be aware that tv's are older with a fussy remote, but it didn't impact our overall experience.

The house is very comfortable and spacious. Love that there is a separate room with desk for work or study. Very nice updated kitchen. Our dog loved watching the squirrels and chipmunks in the large back yard. Very centrally located to many good restaurants and shopping.

Perfect house in Waldo

we stayed here while helping our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter with their move to KC The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean and furnished very nicely. It was close to some very good restaurants. We felt very safe in this neighborhood. We would definitely like to stay here again on our future visits The host Kristen and CozyinKC were amazing Highly recommend Jefferson Cottage!

Friends Family and Chiefs Game

This House was a great Space for 3 adult couples. Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. Beautiful Kitchen. All updated. Everything we needed was there. We went to Lew’s Grill for dinner. Love the location. Was an easy drive to Arrowhead Stadium. We will definitely be booking this house in the future for fun KC weekends.

Quiet neighborhood. Perfect little cottage.

Air-Conditioning was crucial for this time of year and the unit kept 4 ladies of a certain age cool and comfortable. We made use of the 2 lovely sitting areas in the house and were able to sit in the backyard in the mornings. Quite nice! Off street parking was a plus as was easy access to routes around the city.

Cute Cottage Girls Get Together Time

4 life long friends spending a few days in KC for a concert at the Starlite theater. We were comfortable and felt at home in this cute cottage. We were visited by a few squirrels (Dicky & Sunshine) and a chipmunk (Stevie) we watched in the backyard from the living room for quite awhile. Shopped and ate at The Plaza one day and in Waldo another day.

Lovely Home

Kristen has not overlooked anything. The well furnished, decorated and outfitted home with everything you may need was a pleasant stay to enjoy all KC has to offer.. The kitchen was fully equipped and ready for prep of gourmet meals. The response from Kristen and Shay (sp?) was superb when our GPS ran us in circles and we had trouble with wifi. A great stay all around and we highly recommend. We hope to return.

Very nice stay at Jefferson St. Cottage

The property is very nice and Kozy. Plenty of room, and well equipped kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. I give it a 4 star because hot water was scarce. If you have more then two people you will need to schedule your showers. Also the guest bath needs some slip pads applied. Very slippery tub/shower combo.

Better Than Anticipated

Cons - The house did not smell good upon entry. It smelled like sewage. (possibly the non-aerated garbage disposal). I bought a plug-in and placed it in the entry room. It made the house smell nice and welcoming whenever we came and went. The smaller skillets/pans made available for use were badly burned/stained. I was lucky enough to have family living in the area and borrowed a couple of theirs so we could enjoy homecooked meals while utilizing the space. There was no cooking oil. A small one would be nice for a guest to use as would some sponges for those of us who much prefer handwashing dishes. I'm weird, I know. Lol Pros - The house was clean. I especially appreciate that the bathrooms were very clean and well-kept. Softer towels would take it over the top! The water pressure in both bathrooms made for awesome showers. This is an oft overlooked amenity. One can forgive a few shortcomings when the water pressure in the shower is great. The location!!! Within five minutes of family in several directions, the YMCA where we worked out every morning, some good food we discovered in the Waldo area, and the grocery store. The location was perfect. The immediate response I received when there was a problem with the living room TV. The welcome packet and information made available. Conclusion: We had an amazing week at this cottage and plan to make it our KC stay, as I travel here often. Thank you for sharing this home.
