"This was a great find. The location is central and convenient, the hosts were friendly and quick to respond, and the apartment was really nice. There were lots of nice little touches around the place and it was private and quiet. There is no question that we will try and stay here whenever we return to Kansas City. "

"Bathroom was not clean. Looked like it was forgotten about. Yuck. All else was good "

"Air and heat was fine. Clean enough. Old and shabby all around and odor reflected that. No coffee at breakfast the first morning. Staff was okay. Our clothes bar fell off the wall and no one ever came to try to fix it so it was very inconvenient. No luggage rack either. We will not stay there again and its a shame because it was located where we needed to be."

"The AC was broken. It wouldnt go below 75 even set to 50. It was hot! We were sweating. I called the front desk several times but the phone was broken. I could hear her but she couldnt hear me. So I trudged at midnight to at least get a fan. She had one! The FAN was BROKEN! So I trudged back and tell her and she says she will bring me something to my room number. She never did. Slept with wet towel around my neck and feet or wherever I could cool. Wouldnt recommend this place. "

"The shower was cold, only after running it for 25 minutes did it turn warm. AC made a weird noise all night long. Water pressure seemed to explode out of the facet, drenched my arm when first turned on. Felt more like a quality inn rather than holiday inn."

"Room was nice but the smoke alarm was hanging off the wall and the air conditioner stopped working at night"
