We were extremely happy with the condo, it was perfect for our family! Easy check in and great communication with the host. Amazing location on the island, pool area was phenomenal. We would highly recommend and we would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay in Kapaa

My wife and i stayed here with our 2 kids. We chise this unit because it gave our kids their own beds to sleep in. Having their own beds was more important to us than the view. The view is not the best if you want to see the ocean but our kids loved having their own beds. The complex has one of the best pools and we loved ending each day by relaxing in the pool or the beach. The complex also has wonderful sand bottomed hot tubs that are so nice. While we were there the weather was cloudy and cool and rainey every day but the last 2. The hot ubs made it so nice to still be able to relax even if it was a little cool in the pool. The central location makes getting around easy. We will stay here again.

Ease and great location!

The check-in process was very easy. I loved having the app and details with a touch of my phone. There was an issue with someone that threw out their water alarm that was beeping. The on call person was attentive and had security on it right away. We appreciated that very much. There were 4 other families that stayed at the same resort with a white binder giving details. We did not have that. Some of them also had beach chairs that would have been extra nice.

Location Location Location

This place is located perfectly in Kauai. Near everything you need and in the middle of the Island. They have a wonderful restaurant at the property and the pool area is wonderful. Beach is never crowded and is great to visit at night to see the stars. You defiantly get your money's worth if you traveling with a bigger group and stay at this property. My only complaint is that the unit needed some work done here and there. The master bedroom bed always made noise anytime you moved. Im generally a hard sleeper but it kept me up at night. One of bathtub didn't have a stopper so you couldn't enjoy a nice relaxing bath. I also think the outlets didn't work properly in that bathroom as well. Showers were a lot smaller than they looked in the photos. The kitchen was stocked but lacked some basic condiments that we had to purchase and leave after our stay. The property managers also didn't leave any dryer sheets or fabric softener for the washing machine. Just enough detergent.

Great place, but needs to be equipped…

Very clean place, and beautifull. Amazing beaches, saw Monk seal… restaurant on site (Oasus) is amazing too! I recommending reservations a few weeks prior.. Pool is well maintained. Compared to other rentals in the building( spoke with many other guests) our place was not equipped. No salt and pepper… no ketchup… no oil pr cooking… no bounce sheets for dryer, only 3 little box of soap for laundry… not so much dishes, definitely needs new wine glass! No beach chairs, no cooler… All in all, it needs to be better equipped, the place has potentiel ! But again, the place was very clean and beautiful. Definitely recommending this place.

Fabulous location, pool, and space

This has been a great location for myself and my family. We have a 5 and 7 year old and we didn’t want to leave. These condos are huge and have everything you need. Safeway, ABC Store, and Wailua shave ice literally across the street was super convenient. Don’t forget to explore the beach that’s right there at low tide. So many cool things to see. The pool area has a family hot tub which we all enjoyed very much and of course, the two water slides were awesome….for adults as well

Amazing property and amenities!

Our family (2 adults and kids aged 4, 7 and 12) stayed here for several days for spring break and I thought their jaws would fall off they were so amazed by how much space we had in this condo :) There are TVs in each bedroom and living area and HUGE bathrooms. The kitchen was top-of-the-line and laundry area was included as well (which was nice for when we wanted to clean cherry shaved ice from some clothing by running a small load ;) Check-in was extremely convenient through the app and entry code and property amenities were the best I've ever seen: the pool area rivals any big resort with waterfalls, multiple hot tubs and kid's pool along with a small beach, onsite restaurant /spa and access to grocery stores and shops across the street. And the concierge reached out to us before our arrival and helped us with activity planning during our stay. Location was perfectly central to the airport and ability to reach both the northern/southern parts of the island easily. Condo itself was very well stocked, clean and had a gorgeous view of the mountains from the patios. Would definitely love to stay here again!!

Great family trip

It was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay! The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfy! All new appliances and indoor laundry was very convenient. The pool with water slide and lazy river was a hit with the kids. Overall it was an amazing trip. The only downside would be that I was never able to open the app to communicate with management about a few questions that I had. So we managed on our own, but it would have been nice to have someone to answer our questions during our stay.

Amazing spot!

We were a total of 6 people, including 2 young kids, and had a wonderful stay. The hotel was a favorite for all of us and the pool and slides were a huge hit with the kids. The condo was quite large and a great layout. Only complaints were a very squeaky master bed and we also had some issues getting the temperature of the shower in the small bathroom to work. Otherwise everything was perfect and we only wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything was well stocked and clean. My husband noticed there was a GFI trip in the master bedroom (he's an electrician) but no big deal, just something you may want to fix eventually. Could also use a few more wine glasses. We can't wait to come back again next year - two beds in other room worked perfect for our kids!

The location is convenient to all the activities around the island. We loved being so close to the Starbucks and many great restaurants. The 2 bedroom unit was clean and very comfortable for our family of four. The furnishings were high quality and in great condition. We were on the go the majority of our time, but we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area when we just needed a couple of hours to relax. While the resort was busy with many families during our stay (July), it never seemed loud or overwhelming. Kauai Exclusive was very responsive to the questions we had leading up to our vacation and during our trip. I highly recommend Waipouli Beach Resort and Kauai Exclusive Management!
