「Check in was quick and easy. Shuta made check in fun and had a great attitude. The check in is right next to Kyoto station and the free shuttle to the Kuon was unexpected and appreciated. The property was clean, had everything we needed, and is only a few blocks walking distance to bus stops, both Kyoto subways, and markets and shopping. It was an excellent base of operations to conduct day trips from to see Nara, the north coast, and the sights to see around Kyoto. I will have no reservations...

「***BED BUGS*** The location was excellent. The amenities were minimal - there wasn't a single hook on the walls for towels or clothing. The main issue was that we woke up with BED BUG BITES! We even saw them moving and crawling on the walls in the morning. We got out of there FAST and asked for a refund for remaining nights.」

「最初只有少量評語還有點擔心旅館質素, 但入住後發覺旅館很好. 旅館員工雖然不懂中文及英文, 但員工非常友善,房間很大, 而且房間很清潔, 如房間能夠提供支裝水會更好, 不過旅館附近有便利店, 所以不是一個問題. 京都車站只需步行6分鐘左右, 非常方便 極力推薦」

「Check-in was a bit of a problem as it's a non-staffed property and neither Expedia nor the hotel itself had sent me the necessary information for self check-in in advance. The property is very chic and posh, yet it is a bit dusty at some places. No TV provided; all is well otherwise. 」
