An unpleasant experience
Ugly experience! At least on the first day
I rented the property for 9 nights, two adults and two children.
Initially, Ms. Agnes informed us that we can come to our room early at 16:00, so after an 11-hour journey we arrived at 14:30 hoping that we would be home earlier, but the husband Mrs. Agnes, Dimitrios, informed us, slightly annoyed, that we could not get home earlier than 16:00 because it "cleaned" the property and guided us to go with children in the hotel parking lot in Sani about 3 km from the unit where we had to go and wait on a terrace ...
At 16:00, the time of accommodation, after repeatedly trying to make a phone call with Dimitrios, we managed to stay at 16:30.
And here comes the really unpleasant / despairing surprise.
The house was not ready to be rented: an uninhabited house for a lond time, a dark smell, bulbs that did not work, toilet faults, the unspoilt garden ..., only bed linen and clean towels.
I informed the owners who admitted they did not manage to hire someone to clean up and prepare the property. So Mr. Dimitrios lied to us on the day we were staying clean and rented an unprepared unit.
The next day they solved all the problems by doing a clean job with a specialist firm and solving other shortcomings, but during our stay ...
The good side: a gorgeous resort, unique beaches and the warmest and most pretentious people, other than those I mentioned.
