「Trevlig och hjälpsam personal men hotellet var inte så bra underhållet. Poolerna och läget vid stranden var mycket bra men rummen var i rätt dåligt skick och inte i 5-stjärnor standard. Likaså var deras spa bra men gymmet mindre bra. Att det var så ojämn standard drar ner betyget och gör att det inte upplevs som ett 5-stjärnigt hotell rakt igenom.」

「Rooms were large and well maintained. The pool area was small, but the pool itself nice and large. The gym was a decent size, but quite a low ceiling and as a tall person, it meant I couldn't use the treadmills as my head would have hit the ceiling. Breakfast was very nice. My only complaint is the stinginess around water and coffee. You got 4 Nespresso pods and one bottle of water. Any additional you had a note that would have been charged. 「The Miraggio is a large, modern hotel with impressive facilities and its own small beach. When we arrived (quite late at night), the first that struck us was the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. We were led to our rooms quickly, but unfortunately discovered that the door to one of the rooms didn’t lock properly. This was dealt with very quickly by a handyman on site. The swimming pools and facilities are all excellent, but I do think charging an extra 30 euros per hour to rent a tennis...
