Good for a short stay

Check in was smooth & quick. Staff were extremely helpful & polite. Pool was excellent for young families with a shallow end. We stayed with our 4 & 1 year old and they loved the pool. Room was nice & modern but bathroom needed to have a deep clean in the corners of shower from build up. Shower heads were extremely powerful a little to hard coming from someone who likes pressure it was a little overbearing. Check out was smooth aswell.

Disappointed this time.

I stayed many many times when it was under Nikopolis management and it was a fantastic hotel. To my disappointment it was a totally different experience. Firstly, the room had a very bad smell. It didn't give me the feeling of being clean. None of the internal telephone numbers was working. I tried reception, room service, bar, restaurant, nothing. Alarm sound all night from the corridor. Licking taps in the bathroom showing very bad maintenance. When it was Nikopolis I was always offered some fruits, wine or something. Only one small bottle of shampoo and body wash for two persons for two nights. There was not even water. I had to go out of the room to buy some. Apart from that, staff was extremely polite and helpful, breakfast was a heaven and dinner at the restaurant very tasty.

Roomservice with a price of 20€, pool closed, indoor pool not available for kids, sometimes rude staff, gym opening only at 10, breakfast buffe not of a five star hotel, ac not working until we complained. Restaurant really slow service but food food, really friendly bartender. Doorkey had to be changed every day and the door always had an annoying alarm. The hotel should have everything fixed before opening or put in on the webs.

Great facility

The hotel is spacious and large. The rooms have a nice quality to them and the beds are hard, but extremely comfortable. Each room seems to have a balcony and outdoor space, ours looked into the pool area (opens at 11am). Plenty of storage in the room, fridge and nespresso coffee machine. Be aware you only get 4 pods for the coffee machine and need to pay for any extras. No free water in the room and everything is chargeable. You do get bathrobes, slippers and bathroom amenities. On arrival you are charged for the tax, which for 2 people was €30 for 2 nights. I understand why this happens but it's not the best welcome when you first arrive. We found the staff welcome quite cold and not personable, which is sad. A smile goes a long way and speaks all languages, we didn't get many from the reception. The pool attendant was the most friendly person we came across in our entire stay, well done him. Breakfast is extensive with lots of choice. More nespresso here, so we had lots. The hotel was half empty so it felt quiet which is good for any guest. Location is a little random, only 10 mins from SKG airport, but very little around the hotel to walk too. IKEA is just next door and a LIDL with limited alternative options for restaurants. I would stay again, but might try to find a smaller more intimate option simply for a better level of service from the staff.

Beautiful hotel on the outskirts of Thessaloniki with ample parking and wonderful pool for the children. We only stayed for a single night on route to Turkey but the facilities were excellent and breakfast was fabulous. Very comfortable beds, quiet and good Bistro restaurant for dinner with excellent food. Scallop risotto starter a must! Very friendly and helpful staff and we will definitely stay again. Recommended.

We liked the hotel as our final stay after 2 weeks in Greece and Macedonia. We waited hours for our second room with no updates given as promised. It’s a busy conference Center but a little more consideration would be appreciated.

I find the some of the workers at reception rude which is not common for Greece. I’ve been travelling Greece for two months. They also have a rule of no outside food allowed (take out) but charge 30% on room service. I stay for 3-4 days at a time and sometimes you want a peaceful simple meal in your room. They don’t refill their complimentary coffee or water which is not normal for a 5 star hotel. I will stay again because there’s not a lot of options in this area but only when I have to.
