The location is perfect its right by the train station and a Don Quixote plus and endless amount of good restaurants. The room was very clean and high tech, the bed was firm but not too firm like alot of the hotels in japan and the pillows were perfect. The hotel offers so many free amenities and the breakfast buffet is next level. If you are staying in shinjuku I cannot think of a better place than this! "
