“I have stayed in many hotels, motels and resorts. Plan your expectations accordingly when you look for a place to stay. Tip Top was a last minute need due to flight schedule. They are an older cinder block building near the airport which was my first requirement. 2nd they were clean. I check the cleanliness every f the bathroom which generally sets the time for overall cleanliness. 3rd access, we got in late and just needed somewhere to sleep that was quick in. They sent me the keyless entry……

“Room is clean, location is good, near many food options, easy access to many places. However, charged for the resort fee that covers breakfast, morning yoga, and parking, their breakfast is a joke, package pastries and cereal, all the unhealthy premade package food. But that is the only complaint, everything else is good.”

“We stayed 6 nights in January and from the moment we pulled up to the resort, it felt like a huge breath of fresh air. Their lobby is breathtaking, every single staff member was helpful and very kind. The pool and poolside service was wonderful. This was my wife and I’s honeymoon and first vacation dedicated to relaxing. I still miss it and will 100% be going back next year. If I had one piece of criticism, it would be that we had to check out and come home, lol.”

“Great location We had a late check in. They left us a key in a drop box. We had trouble getting into the box, but they had a phone beside the box so we were able to call for assistance. The person on the line was able to work it out for us. I needed a couple of things throughout the stay. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive. We loved the condo. The location was excellent. We would definitely go back ”
