“We had a lovely welcome to the hotel. The room was gorgeous, clean. The view out the front was the ocean!! But when we opened the side curtain, we saw an area that might have been a dump… so we closed that curtain. Had buffet dinner at sunset on the rooftop deck that was perfect. Had free welcome drinks. The next morning we ate breakfast near the lobby. Both buffets had wonderful selections and the servers could not have been more polite. I would return to the Hotel Platinum again!”

“Absolutely loved this property and I highly recommend it for spacious & comfortable and luxurious stay. The property exceeded our expectations and the hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodating to our needs. Plenty of living space so great for big families or families with teenagers. Our young children loved the pool and the feel of the villa had a great vibe. It’s about a one minute walk to the beach which is well suited for dinner and sundowners. We also had a western breakfast next door……

“We checked in late at around 10pm, and were greeted with kind and nice staff members. we had to check out early in the morning, the receptionist contacted catering staff once she knew that and helped us to arrange a breakfast box at 5:15am in the morning (their breakfast starts at 6:30am), which we found very considerate. “We stayed at this hotel for one night before an early flight, and overall, it was a good choice as an airport hotel. The location is excellent—very close to the airport, which was our main priority. The room was clean, nicely furnished, and comfortable, which we appreciated after a long day of traveling.
One major downside was that the hotel shuttle only operates after 12 PM, something we weren’t informed about when booking. Since the main reason we chose this hotel was the advertised airport……

“I checked in after midnight. It was a little difficult to find but the good news was that there was someone at the front desk to check me in.
