The staff are great and very helpful, breakfast are good as well considering the amount paid for the hotel accomodation. My son loves the heated pool and location are great. The only thing I wish they changed would be the shampoo and conditioner they provide are still the little one time use. I have longer hair which isnt enough for us to even share but overall its a great hotel.

Great people, location, but just needs some renovatetions and our room smelled. It has a great bar but it closed at 9pm - that,s like prime time for drinks after dinner and sport events on TV etc --what good is that ? Still decent.place to stay. .

The room was as described and met our needs. We found it very handy to have a sliding glass door that opens directly onto the parking lot, in addition to the regular door opening to the hallway, so that we were able to bring our dog in and out without encountering any other guests. It was also handy that the refrigerator was basically double the size of a mini fridge. My only suggestion would be to have more vegan options in the complementary breakfast buffet.

All staff we encountered were friendly & accommodating. The room itself was pleasant and clean but the bathroom was in bad need of an update and it appeared unclean due to rust and missing bolt covers on the toilet.
