Room was clean and warm when we got there, which was nice since we arrived right after driving through a big snow storm.
I only have two small gripes. First, the small cafe/grill closed at 10am. We were not rushing to get up and get coffee (rooms do have a coffee maker) at the Starbucks at the cafe because the sign says "Starbucks coffee available all day" or something similar. It closes at 10am with the cafe. There is a Co-op that they share a parking lot with that does also have a cafe and coffee bar so it's not too bad. Second gripe, probably sounds petty, but check out, again, is at noon, and I "had to use the bathroom" in the morning and because we were sharing the room with family, I decided to be courteous and use the lobby bathroom and they were cleaning it at around 10:30-11:00am and it took the cleaner forever. I would just think they could clean those bathrooms after checkout and before check in time as I know other people who do the same thing.
One other mention, not a gripe, the hot water was scalding, literally. Typically, you would have a mixing valve to regulate the temperature so it's not too hot,115 to not over 120 degrees.
Other than those items, again, room was clean and warm and the staff was friendly and helpful. Also, a very convenient walk to restaurants and entertainment in town.
