“Clean rooms nice staff”

“The rooms are clean, large and comfortable and the breakfast was good however, there are a few things that need fixing... you couldn't use the side doors to enter - only exit- because "there's something wrong that they are trying to figure out." The luggage cart had all flat tires and the front desk said "there's nothing we can do about that." Two different times when we turned the light on in our bathroom it popped the gfi breaker, and the upstairs had a heavy cigarette smell. It just……

“Our room was clean but it took two tries, the first room we were sent to had only been half cleaned- no sheets on the bed and the bathroom was dirty. Second room was clean. the stair way was pretty dirty, my 7-year-old even commented on it. They have a pool but its not in use- didn't advertise a pool so we thought they didn't have one. They do, it says closed for maintenance. You have to walk across the parking lot to the neighbor hotel to check in. Its not a far walk. Would stay again if……

“Good hot breakfast and coffee available all day/night Staff friendly and helpful Gym could use some smaller weights had 5lb then 20lb and heavier The boot cleaning machines at the entrance were a great idea safely some guests did not use them and saw mud from elevator to breakfast room one morning”

“What's not to like? Large rooms, peaceful vibe, large fridge, great beds, wonderful shower, free soup at night.”

“We liked having a full kitchen to cook breakfast and eat carry out. The pans we limited but we made due. It was quiet with good lighting and plenty of plugs for phones etc.”
