Staff is nice, food is average, the spa has a lot of options and great service, the mini market is very handy and activities are great for people with small children. Would have been nice to have a bit more animation in the evening for grown ups, all inclusive cocktails are unfortunately really bad quality and we didn't like that you had to pay an extra for the premium option. Overall it's a good value for money option, but not really a 5 stars. 」

「1 uke i oktober. Fikk fint vær. Hotell med veldig god service til alle døgnets tider, enten det var resepsjon, renhold eller vakt. Fikk et greit rom med daglig påfyll av vann og tilbud om renhold hver dag. Kort vei til Strand og fri tilgang til strandstoler samt Strandhåndkle. God frokost og grei middag. 「Breathtaking views perched on the hills overlooking the sea and the white mountains. Run by a wonderful and helpful local family. I loved this property even with the tiny shower and slow internet (Whole area is slow). This is the best place for this area, close to a beautiful town Georgioupoli and to over 6-10 miles of beach. It has a nice pool but the balconies are the steal. 」

「Room was not the same that was shown in the pictures in website. Room was not modern. Air condition was terrible and room was way too hot (in August). Room smelled like mold. In my opinion this hotel was two stars maximum, definitely not four. Hotel staff was quite unpolite. They had also messed up our reservation and kicked us out two days too early, even though we had clearly agreed the duration of our stay (in writing). We will never stay in this hotel again.」

「This was by far the most unique, amazing hotel we stayed at on the island of Crete. Upon arrival we were given fresh-squeezed lemonade made from their own lemon trees. The staff was so friendly!
