“A very warm welcome from Dana & Christos. The rooms were kept beautifully clean, with fresh towels daily & frequent linen change. Complimentary drinks in fridge plus tea, coffee etc. Breakfasts were first class with a huge variety of food available .We also enjoyed many lovely meals in the evening & bar meals were available throughout most of the day. The pool was a good temperature & kept very clean. The staff at this Hotel are outstanding, nothing is too much trouble, everyone smiles. Dana……

“We have just stayed 7 nights as a family of 4 at this amazing hotel and loved it! The family room was spacious, elegantly decorated, extremely clean and comfortable. They provided high end Molten Brown toiletries, soft cotton towels/robes, and luxurious bedding. The breakfast was generous and delicious especially the pancakes and fruit juices. “I would highly recommend this property, especially the self contained apartment room number 21 with its own private swimming pool and fantastic view over the town below. It’s a prefect contained apartment for a week. All the staff were very welcoming and extremely accommodating and couldn’t be more helpful. The property is clean mordern and has lovely pizza restaurants. ”

“The hotel is beautiful and the facilities are excellent, but the service falls short of what you would expect from a luxury property. The staff were friendly enough, but often appeared disengaged and lacking direction. Around the pool, there were rarely more than 10 guests at any one time, yet staff would frequently stand around rather than proactively offering drinks, checking on guests, or bringing pool towels. Instead, guests were expected to go and ask for these things themselves. All……

“Excellent location, Fabulous facilities. Superb staff. What a real jewel in Agostlini. Easy to get to harbour and see turtles 8-10am daily by fishing boats. Great central location. Square comes alive at night and plenty of tasty places to eat. Cant fault this hotel or location. Great base to visit most of Kefalonia. Mountain drives are unbelievable ”
