Beautiful property. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was so cosy, clean & well looked after. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, they made us feel very at home and were very attentive throughout our time. Great location and a short 5 minute drive to Haworth. Highly recommend using this host and also their property. Thanks for a great stay

Brilliant stay

Sue the owner was very very welcoming and so friendly. She couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms were very modern and comfortable with a nice layout. We would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely Place

Very nice and cosy, outside space was nice but sadly weather was too cold! Nice and central for the local KWVR Getting off the drive can be a little challenging when traffics busy, Sue was lovely and we would go back again.

We enjoyed a wonderful short stay in Yorkshire and were made to feel so welcome in this lovely cottage, Sue really went above and beyond to make our visit special. Next time we’ll be sure to make use of the fabulous courtyard if the weather permits!

Sue contacted me a couple of days prior to our stay to give me instructions for finding the cottage and asking if we needed anything getting in. Sue greeted us to show us into the cottage which is was beautiful. The furnishing are great the decor is lovely and it’s super clean and comfy. Will definitely be booking again . Thanks sue for a great stay x

5 star accommodation in an unusual setting!

This cottage surpassed my expectations. I knew it was on a fairly busy road and it is described as tiny. However, there is a lounge area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom working back from the front of the house so the bedroom is not disturbed by traffic noise atall. Size-wise it is more than adequate for 2. There is noise if you sit outside at rush hour but later in the evening and morning the noise isn’t a problem. The hostess, Sue, lives nextdoor and is SO friendly and helpful. We were invited to use her garden as well as the outside seating that goes with the cottage which is provided with delightfully comfortable seating and decorated with lots of planted pots. Sue provided milk, bottled water and a beer in the fridge as well as tea, coffee and biscuits. The cottage is purpose built and quite quirky, but spotlessly clean and well equipped. It’s a five minute drive from Howarth and can be walked, but there is a walk on a country road before accessing the path. Definitely 5 stars from me.
