"Staff was amazing and incredibly friendly right from the beginning, hotel is beautiful. Rooms are beautiful with lots of amenities, my only negative would be a lack of storage. There were two bottom drawers that were locked so we couldn’t use them but that was a small drawback. Hotel was in a great location. Would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent location in Ginza, clean and thoughtfully designed room despite the small size, attentive customer service, and the washing machine in the room was incredibly convenient. We'd definitely like to stay again in the near future. Highly recommend."

"We had booked a standard room which turned out to be tiny. Staff assisted by providing an upgrade to a much more spacious and comfortable room for a fee. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. It was disappointing that on two occasions we had been out for the day and found our room had not been cleaned. The hotel itself is close to a station and Tokyo Dome but a bit far from shopping outlets."

"Well equipped and located hotel, close to Ginza and Shimbashi station. The property is well kept, though there is limited luggage storage space in the rooms. Excellent breakfast."
