“I am so glad we found this place. It has a unique charm to it versus all the condo listings we saw. Amazing lanai view of the water and a little inlet with tons of turtles. Amenities were great. AC was cool, kitchen was great, everything was clean. We stopped at costco in Lihue and did some cooking. The perfect place if you are looking for something on the south side. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Minutes from Koloa and Poipu. We loved it.”

“Truly lovely house with cozy rooms, plenty of fans, efficient AC, a cook’s kitchen, and a fantastic loving vibe. Very short walk to Puka dog, Brennecke beach (and restaurant), and shopping center with bakery, coffee, sushi including a small market for essentials. Dying to go back!”

“This place was AWESOME. Somehow it was even better than the pictures show. We opened the wall of doors every day and loved the in-door, out-door experience. Turtles on the beach at dusk, monk seal on the beach which was just a short walk away. Quiet dead-end street. Just perfect. No missing amenities. Love, love, loved it!”

“We loved our stay at this charming beach house! It was perfect for our family. The outside shower was fantastic. Love seeing all the chickens and their baby chicks in the backyard. The location is perfect and close to everything. The upstairs screened in balcony was a great place to watch the beautiful Kauai sunsets. We will definitely stay here again. ”

“The Tiki Hut is the perfect secluded slice of paradise for anyone looking for a quiet tropical beach getaway. Toni’s property and gardens are pristinely manicured for you to sink into island time and enjoy your stay on the beautiful island of Kauai. My wife and I truly enjoyed our extended stay at the property. It has all of the amenities someone would need, easy 5 min walk to tunnels beach for the best snorkeling on the island, and the best greeter/guard dog out there. We cannot wait to come……

“Enjoyed our stay! Loved the screened in porch for meals. Enjoyed sunset every evening at Po'ipu beach park a 5 minute walk. Great hike on the Heritage Trail to Secret Beach. We did day trips to Eleele and Hanapepe, Salt Beach Waimea and Kekaha beach. All in all a fantastic stay. Easy check-in and spacious house. Quiet neighborhood. ”

“We had a lovely stay at the Palaka cottage. Waking up with kids, going on the lanai for breakfast, and walking to the beach were a joy. The space was perfect, the amenities were fantastic, and the outdoor shower turned out to be clutch especially showering off the littles after a day at the beach.”

“We had a wonderful time exploring the island and coming back to the villa to rest. It's a beautiful location, in great shape, and a perfect home-base to get out and see things. It slept the four of us comfortably, the kitchen was well stocked to cook in the evenings, and it is minutes from beaches.”

“The unit was very spacious and looked just like the pictures. It is located in a great location in Poipu which made it really easy to get around the south side of the island. Please note, check out is 10am (which means the cleaners will be there waiting at 9:50) despite the checkout time on VRBO stating 11am.”

“Absolutely loved the location, the quiet neighborhood, the big lanai, the outdoor shower and the brand new bbq! Found the counter space a bit small for doing much cooking. Only small issue was that the cutlery drawer had a horrible musty smell, possibly from the wicker tray, so we kept our cutlery in a mug on the counter. Would definitely stay again!”
