“Wonderful, private home on a large lot with fruit trees and a large lanai overlooking the yard. The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved it and would come back in a second!”

“We spent a glorious 10 days in this little "Tree House" to celebrate our 40th Anniversary. The room and environs were very clean, LaRissa, the Caretaker was very helpful, we loved the outdoor kitchen and having a washer and dryer. The constant visits from the beautiful little geckos outside and lovely birds with their distinct calls, and the incredible view were all fabulous. For us, the location was ideal, very quiet, near the City of Refuge, coffee and chocolate farms. Loved the rural……

“Parking was very tight, would be nice to have a heads up that compact vehicles are best. Great location. Building is dated and needs some deep cleaning, patching and painting. Active bird nest above window in the large bedroom is loud in the mornings. Pool was clean and taken care of daily. Would be nice to have more clear instructions on operating the jacuzzi.”

“Beautiful spacious cottage in the heart of Princeville. Loved being able to park out front and walk up without going through a condo building. It felt like our own house. Convenient to get in and out of the Princeville neighborhood. Steps from the pool and a short hike down to Anini beach. Would stay here again”
