“Nice newer property. Good location. Staff very helpful.”

“The place was extremely clean and well kept. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Cookies were delicious upon check in! Beds were comfortable and shower was very nice. Location is great with many walkable restaurants and shops. A Harris Teeter directly across the parking lot! Breakfast food was very good. I enjoyed the homemade oatmeal and the mini egg omelets. The coffee was not very good and the warm water to make tea was lukewarm. There was no decaf tea option. I would definitely……

“Great location in downtown Wilmington. The rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast was very good. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“清潔房間人員粗心大意, 紙巾盒內竟然只有一兩張紙巾, 沒有護髮素. 浴室趟門傾斜, 會自動打開門, 以致沖涼水四踐至浴室地面. 歐陸式早餐選擇都比較少”

“非常謝謝 老闆娘Christine 的幫忙與配合”

“The hotel is part of a repurposing of a historic building, and if lovely. The renovation is well-appointed taste tasteful and well-maintained the staff were quite friendly and helpful. The associated restaurant (Dram Yard) was marvelous, with exquisite food offering and a staff that was a joy to deal with. Location was convenient to downtown Wilmington. However, size of the rooms are small, almost more European in design, and there is no elevator between floors. I do love the courtyard. Overall,……

“Good location. Hotel old and overpriced.”

“We had a wonderful stay, the home was clean, comfortable, and very well cared for. Everything was exactly as described, and we would happily stay here again.”

“員工很親切的接待 也非常願意幫忙 房間是很乾淨 不方便的是沒有提供停車位 不好的經驗是隔天並沒有來整理房間 通知之後過了三個小時仍然沒有整理房間 最後是換了房間 有一些不便”

“A+”

“Great stay.”

“This is a very pleasant hotel and facility”

“Property was conveniently located to historic downtown and the Riverwalk. When was clean and bright and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty and the property manager. Sherri was very nice. He gave us some good ideas of things to do. I would highly recommend this place.”

“Very cozy and an excellent location close to many shops and restaurants. Guests should be aware that the bedroom/loft is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs which might be an issue for middle of the night trips. Also note that the balcony is a shared space. Also be aware that there may be live music outdoors nearby on some nights- host did provide earplugs in the snack basket (thanks!) but I found turning the AC fan from Auto to On all the time masked the music well. Overall we really……

“Great location! We could walk to the Riverwalk and many restaurants. Parking was on the street, but there was always a spot for us. It is an old house, which is neat with its original windows. The drain in the bathtub was clogged, but while we were out, they came and fixed it right away. Great communication!! in DC Some of the paint could be repainted, but overall, it was a wonderful stay.”
