“The property is beautiful and promotes a relaxing and restful atmosphere. Innkeepers John and Marie were very cordial and helpful throughout our 4-night stay. “Great family trip! Riverside was a cute and comfortable little inn. The staff was great and we loved our room. We had a balcony which had a great view of the river. So peaceful. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I’m heartbroken for this community. So sad this little gem is gone. When they get up and running again we will definitely be back. One of my favorite towns in NC. ”

“The lodge sat upon a beautiful mountain side where the rabbits romed freely. The long gravel road with twist and turns was an adventure for those in our party who never experince mountain side living but by the the time we left they were old pro's and were really enjoying their adventure. The decor made you feel relaxed and at home, with plenty of space for everyone. We all, all 23 of us enjoyed our visit & would love to roast marshmellows around the fire pit again as many enjoyed the hot tub at……

“My friend and I are on our 12th family vacation together. This year we decided to switch things up and go to the mountains. We had a great time ! The house was great for our teenagers and young adults to have plenty of room to spread out. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped.
