"Perfectly nice hotel for a night stop. Restaurant staff, and couple who made breakfast were lovely. But the biggest pleasant surprise of all was Erzincan. Just absolutely loved the place and the people were so incredibly nice perhaps because there aren't that many tourists who ever come here - we will be back in Erzincan inshallah for a longer stay "

"I ended up leaving the location because I couldn’t communicate properly with the staff. When I asked about parking — which was the main reason I booked this place — they showed me a spot under the terrace. I was traveling with my motorcycle, and that parking space didn’t feel safe or suitable. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get a refund for the amount I paid."

"We were able to park outside on the road and there was plenty of free spaces right near the hotel. The member of staff was very helpful and willing to help. His English was really good especially for Eastern Turkey. The room was incredibly spacious, comfortable beds and nice quality bedding. The bathroom was very modern. The whole place was really clean. It was really quiet especially considering its great location only a few minutes walk to the shops and cafes. This is a proper little gem of a place, simple, clean and comfortable, easy to park, find food and shops for an extremely good price. If we are ever in this area again we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. "

"Reasonably priced and near the centre - and on a fairly busy main road. Somewhat on the functional side. No Aircon. The breakfast included was a fairly basic buffet with a samovar of tea. Fine for a one-night stopover."
