Rooms were Clean, Food was Good. Beachfront hotel. Beverages were enjoyable. Animation team was great. DJ performance at nights wasn’t that good, since he plays the same list everyday.

The hotel is beautiful and located in a lovely area, but the food is very poor and absolutely not suitable for children. There is very little food choice for kids. One of the higher-ranking staff members (Murat) was very rude and treated guests unpleasantly. There is almost no entertainment at the hotel – during our 9-day stay, there were concerts on the pier only 3 evenings, and in my opinion, that was just because there were many Turkish guests at the time. On the few days when something was happening, the only food available for children was fries. During the entire 9 days, nothing was grilled outdoors (only a couple of times some salmon pieces were cooked on an electric grill). Most of the food consisted of various minced meat dishes, and it was hard to tell whether some of it wasn’t just leftovers from the previous day, ground up again. There were no fresh juices at all. The indoor pool does not work.

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Family Friendly We stayed here for 5 days and had a terrible experience. The room was never cleaned, and only the towels were changed. The staff were rude and didn’t seem to care about guests. The food was the biggest problem. There was nothing suitable for children – no chicken nuggets, no chicken, no pizza, no plain pasta – nothing kids could eat. All the kids in the hotel were hungry every day. When we complained, they said it would be better tomorrow, but nothing changed. We had to order food for kids from outside. The guest manager said we could order something (for kids)from the chef, but it cost 15 euros extra – in an all-inclusive hotel! Even for adults, the food was poor and repetitive. There’s only one bar outside, the indoor pool was empty, and the rooftop restaurant was closed. Overall, this hotel is not worth the money and definitely not family-friendly. I would not recommend it at all. 😔

Klein und fein! Alles überschaubar, aber erfüllt alle Wünsche! Leider ist die Snack Bar noch außer Betrieb, deshalb ständig das gleiche Essen im Restaurant. Das Animationsteam macht eine Super Arbeit, von der Kinderbetreuung über das Entertainment. Can und sein Team verdienen 10 von 10 Sternen.

Hotelin imkanları gayet iyidi. Çalışanların hepsi çok güler yüzlü ve gerçekten işini fazlasıyla iyi yaptıklarını düşünüyorum. Barda kullanılan içkiler kaliteli, diskoda ve barlarda barmenler harika bir şekilde sunum yapıyorlar. Yemekleri ve düzenlenen gala geceleri ayrıca mükemmel bir organizasyon. it will be good but the DJ is very bad and he didnt know any thing about this job . and the show time in the theatere is bad . and the receptionist was rude. The room was received late when checked in but ingeneral trip was good .

Otele geldiğimizde: karşılama, on büro ve otelin tümünde çalışan personelin özverili çalışmaları dikkate değerdir. Ancak; odalarda bulunan mobilyalar eski, carsaf, nevresim ve havlular lekeli ve asinmis bir durumdaydı. Ayrıca odalarda karincada dahil bir kaç tanede böcek gördük. Öğle yemeğinin yendiği yerin temizliği nin personel yetersizliğinden dolayi yeterince temizlenmediginede şahit olduk. Animasyonu beğenmedim desem çok yerinde olur. Animatorler bizleri güldürecek iken kendilerini gulduruyorlar. Otelin musteri kapasitesi biraz zorlanmişti. Yemekler bayram tatilinden önce çok iyi değildi, bayramda ise iyi bir seviyeye cikartilmisti. Sonuç olarak, otelin konumu ve çalışan personel iyi,ancak bir daha gitmeyi düşünmeyecegimiz Otel olacak. Herkese iyi tatiller diliyoruz.

Average hotel, is not 5 star.. Air conditioning only operates between 17.00-02.00.. There is only hotel lobby bar open for included drinks, you have to walk all the way from pool area to hotel lobby if you want a drink.. Pool side bar is closed. Meat choices in meals are very limited and poor quality.

Dejligt hotel med god og varieret mad.

Vi har alt i alt haft en dejlig ferie med en god varieret mad. Fin pool og rutsjebaner til legebørn i alle aldre. Tæt på strand - stenet men med fin badebro så man kan undgå at skulle over dem. Fantastisk udsigt fra vores værelse, og fine butikker i området. Af minusser for os kan nævnes, at vi var absolut eneste danskere på stedet blandt hovedsageligt russere, og al underholdning foregår på russisk og tyrkisk. Desuden skal man ikke være forfærdelig glad for sin nattesøvn, da der på hotellet og de omkringliggende hoteller er høj musik til mindst 23.30. Sengekomforten ligger i bund. Vi var 2 voksne og 3 børn, hvor de voksne sov på en skæv og alt for kort sovesofa, da det var det rum som stødte ud mod larmen. Absolut ikke en lejlighed beregnet til 5 personer, da der også kun var 3 stole, så familiespil på balkonen foregik stående for nogle, hvis ikke vi valgte at gå ned i lobbyen.

Erholung und Spaß mit wunderschönem Meeresblick

Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir beeindruckt. Das Hotelthema "Kreuzfahrtschiff" wurde perfekt getroffen. Die Beleuchtung am Abend in der Lobby und im Aussenbereich sind einfach nur bestaunendswert. Das Personal war sehr höflich und immer zuvorkommend. Jeden Tag wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und wir bekamen das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Wenn wir Hilfe gebraucht haben z.B. zur Fahrt nach Antalya wurden uns direkt die öffentlichen Verkehrmittel empfohlen, die vorm Hotel sind. Die herzliche Art und die Gastfreundschaft haben uns immer mehr vom Hotel überzeugt. Unser Hotelzimmer war im 4. Stock. Dieses Stockwerk ist eines der schönsten, weil man sich durch die Wand, die wie eine Unterwasserlandschaft bemalt ist und mit blauem Licht beleuchtet wird, wie im Aquarium fühlt. Das Zimmer war sauber. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon: WOW! Meer und Gebirge auf einem Blick. Jetzt kommen wir zum besten Teil: Das Essen. Jeden Tag gab es eine leckere vielfalt an türkischen Spezialitäten. Es gab immer so viel Auswahl, so dass wir uns kaum entscheiden konnten was wir zuerst essen sollen. In der Speisehalle konnte man zu schauen wie die Köche die Speisen zubereiten. Das Meer vorm Hotel ist so sauber, dass man jeden einzelnen Stein sehen kann. Entspannung pur am Meer und auch am Pool. Das Hotel selbst ist wirklich dafür da, um zu entspannen und sich zu erholen. Das einzige was uns nicht so gefallen hatte, waren die Hotelgäste. Nur Russen überall. Diese Menschen si

Top Hotel!!!

Sehr schöner Urlaub, in dem uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Sehr, sehr nette und freundliche Angestellte, sehr gute regiionale Küche und ein sehr komfortables Zimmer haben dazu beigetragen dass wir uns so gut erholt haben, wie schon lange nicht mehr. Kann ich jedem nur empfehlen. Etwas schade nur, dass wir die einzigen Deutschen unter sonst nur Russen waren. Das Zusammenleben mit diesen war jedoch in jeder Hinsicht sehr angenehm. Es waren überwiegend Familien und ältere Leute, also keine Ballermann-Typen. Ich hoffe durch diese Bewertung entschließen sich einige weitere Deutsche dieses Hotel zu buchen. Das Personal würde sich sehr darüber freuen. Wir wurden wohl auch aufgrund unserer Nationalität sehr zuvorkommend behandelt.
