「The e-mail for check in had not been received on the Hotels.com chat by 2pm, so i messaged and it did come through asap then. On arrival it was easy to find the key box and gain entrance. The stairs in hallway were a bit rough and the carpet is a bit loose and dirty/worn in patches. The door to our room was not very secure and a firm push would open the door without need for a key. There is no deadbolt of chain/lock inside to secure yourself in. The apartment is tired and could do with a layer...

「We booked 7 nights in this Apartment… it was a horrible huge mistake.. Nothing on this Apartment was working… The Apartment Lady was also very Rude.. There were uncountable things to be Complained and things to be repaired in this Apartment but it seems like the owner doesn’t care.. 「Although front desk services was a little bit long, overall score is very good. The hotel is a historical building and maintenance was good. My room is on the same floor near the reception counter and was clean and very spacious. The green and leafy environment makes you feel very relax and enjoy. There's Supermarket 15-30 minutes walk away. You can shop at Walton by taking a 461 bus for around 10mins distances. Clarks, H&M...,,, not so big but worth to visit.」
