Comfortable, furnished to a high standard and beautifully presented, the bedrooms enjoy en-suite facilities including a freestanding feature bath and a double shower enclosure in one of the bathrooms. Located on a farm on the edge of the village of Burneside, Sprint Lodge is accessed via a steep path, ideally placed for guests wishing to tuck themselves away in an idyllic spot, but with a village inn and shop just ½ mile away. Close to Kendal, this historic market town offers something for everyone. Sitting on the River Kent, the town enjoys an eclectic mix of independent retailers, cafés, international restaurants and traditional inns.



With both the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District national parks within easy reach, the lodge offers an excellent base for exploring the area. The popular villages of Bowness and Windermere are just a short drive away, with Lake Windermere just 20 minutes’ away. Heading into the Dales, the gateway ’book town’ of Sedbergh is just half an hour away with Hawes, the popular Dales market town, just a little further on. Beach 15 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
