We stayed for 2 nights, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel doesn't have a car park but the young lady on reception told us what to do, she let us leave our bags in reception and gave us directions to the local cricket club just around the corner ( 2 min walk) there is an honesty box at the cricket club for the parking fee. The breakfast was lovely, there is a wide range of choices from hot or cold. We would strongly recommend staying at this hotel and we will definitely be staying there again ourselves.

Reception and Lady serving at breakfast were all lovely, room clean, shower really nice and food at bar and drinks all good. No car park at the hotel but parking at Cricket club a short walk away for 2 pound a day. Enjoyed our stay and would book again if ever in Kendal

Not very clean in the room and toilet,curtains was hanging off the runner's. There are 2 main roads each side of the hotel and it was very noisy.when booking they did say they didn't have a car park,but it was ok to use the hotel across the road,there isn't an hotel across the road.the only parking was a cricket club 500mtrs plus down the Rd to park at

My room was OK bathroom with walk in shower was very nice. The staff were excellent and the food was a delight. Never used the bar but looked very nice. Fantastic position right opposite the Rail station. Not much parking on property, but plenty close by.

Rooms are good enough. They do what you need and that’s provide a bed to sleep and a bathroom to do your business. Breakfast is elite, yes it isn’t Michelin star but it is filling and is delicious in its own way. Staff are also absolutely lovely and the hotel served its purpose excellently. I’ve stayed twice now and don’t have a single significant complaint.
