“Nice place, clean, friendly staff”

“For the price the motel is decent. Keep in mind if you rent the top room 3 beds. It’s above the owners home. If you have kids, this isn’t for you. I got a complaint we “were making too much noise” felt like we were walking on eggshells to not make noise. Pool is nice.”

“All was good. The lobby lady was so nice, it started raining and we were a few hours early from check in but she let us eat our food in the lobby and was so welcoming. Great location right across from the beach. ”

“Place got the job done as far as giving me a place to sleep. The room was just not very clean, sheets had stains in them, mirror had spots on them, and overall room hygiene wasn’t up to par, but i guess that’s what you expect in these kind of bnb.”

“Property is an easy drive to restaurants, grocery, quirky little downtown, bars, Rockport’s great beach. Property has definitely seen better days but cottages are very spacious…two rooms. Ice machine not working. No extra toilet paper rolls in bathroom. There is a pool though I never saw it being used. Owner very friendly. Right by the water. This is a low budget motel at a low rate. Keep your expectations with that in mind and it will work for you.”

“Don’t book here the pictures on the Expedia website are deceiving and not true it is not nice nor clean. They gave us bloody towels there was food on the bed and mold everywhere. It looks like a place where illegal situations happen this hotel nasty ghetto the worst I have ever seen in my life.”

“Staff was great! The room was nice and the breakfast was excellent! Only complaint I would have would be regarding the hot tub. It said there was a hot tub but upon arrival was told the hot tub is no longer hot and marked as a kids pool.”

“There are lots of ants at the grass area . I means a lot of them they are building a lot of home. And there are lots noise at night specially sleeping time people still in the pool and playing out loud around 3-4 am. ”

“It was very clean. It was also quite. Easy to get to grocery store and reasturants. Staff is very friendly. I never get up early enough for breakfast lol. That my place to stay when ever on town which is often.”

“No había luz en el baño, una luz mala en el dormitorio, el aire sonaba demasiado fuerte, me dicen que no había tv porque las estaban partiendo a cada momento y por eso no tuve tv, la atención fue maravillosa.”

“The property as well as the room were very poorly maintained. The room had a mildewy smell. Small dead roaches near the bed. Outlets without covers. The only positive is the private pier.”
