“Breakfast was good. Would have preferred to have a bacon selection also instead of just a sausage offering. ”

“We stay here every time we come to Rockport. Was a little disappointed in the breakfast,,, kinda typical hotel fake eggs, undercooked sausage and such. Not bad, just quite average. Only one elevator was working, so coming and going was slowed up a bit. Still our favorite place. Hope they fix the elevator and spruce up the breakfast next time.”

“Good beds and decent breakfast”

“Hot tub became green and had to wait.. nothing just saying that was probably the only flaw cause my wife wanted to get in the hot tub before we left but couldn't cause it was green, the kitchen was great staff was amazing rooms were clean ”

“Checked in the evening. The desk person was awesome. I enjoyed talking with her. The hotel was full. She did let us know that the door to our room required some muscle to open and close. Hopefully, they'll get that fixed. I appreciated their filtered water system. The room was clean overall, but there were a couple of things that were disconcerting. The first was a blob of hand soap on the bathroom counter that should have been cleaned up. The second was a stain on the bed sheet at the head of……

“There are lots of ants at the grass area . I means a lot of them they are building a lot of home. And there are lots noise at night specially sleeping time people still in the pool and playing out loud around 3-4 am. ”

“Property is an easy drive to restaurants, grocery, quirky little downtown, bars, Rockport’s great beach. Property has definitely seen better days but cottages are very spacious…two rooms. Ice machine not working. No extra toilet paper rolls in bathroom. There is a pool though I never saw it being used. Owner very friendly. Right by the water. This is a low budget motel at a low rate. Keep your expectations with that in mind and it will work for you.”

“It's an inexpensive motel that you get what you pay for. All i needed was a place to sleep, and this fit the bill. The shower water pressure wasn't very good, their towels didn't look clean, and when i told the owner the toilet clogged, he simply handed me a plunger. Average stay for an Average place. ”

“I have to admit, when we drove up to the motel, we were a little hesitant. Parking lot was empty and there is not sign with the motel name on it. However, we had done electronic check in and was given the necessary code to get to our room. The room was fantastic, all new, great amenities inside, and spacious. We had a great stay there and don't let the outside looks fool ya'!”

“Clean and peaceful”

“We rented this room because it was advertised with a spa bath which is a Jacuzzi. It indeed has a Jacuzzi but did not work. I called the office and was rudely told it doesn’t work and never worked and that is clear on the app. Expedia does not disclose this spa bath is inoperable. Also, the toilet seat was broken. No bodywash in the dispenser. Had to wash with shampoo. This is advertised as the honeymoon room. Lord forbid anyone who rents this for a honeymoon. We wish to be compensated for the……

“No the kitchen wasn't equipped with utensils or cooking where but I would understand that so be prepared to bring your own at least you have a kitchen that's a plus and yes there's shops nearby very nice”

“Photographs on the internet website were nice. Staff was friendly, I can't really say anything positive about the property. Anytime you have to buy your own linens, should tell you about the experience. Cleanliness was a real issue.”
