  • Experience this delightful and cheery ranch-style home, a dog-friendly Kennebunk escape located only a mile from the famous ocean beach! The open living and dining area is perfect for entertaining and gathering on the comfy furniture. You'll also have a lovely backyard and a private deck off of the kitchen, where you can share home-cooked meals under the stars!

    This charming home sits one mile north of Kennebunk Beach, and just over a mile's stroll or bike ride from Mother's Beach (to the southeast) and Parsons Beach (to the southwest). You'll be a stone's throw from the Bridle Path, one mile north of the Webhannet Golf Club, and two miles west of plentiful art galleries, antique shops, seafood shacks, and riverfront restaurants in Dock Square in downtown Kennebunkport.

    Things to Know
    Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
    Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
    All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
    The full kitchen does not include a dishwasher.

We enjoyed our stay in Kennebunk. Off season so not everything was open but the house is in a good location to get to the main area and many restaurants were open. The house is kid friendly with many kid toys and books and a crib which was very convenient. The whole family also enjoyed the hot tub. Off season pricing was good.

Extra long weekend stay

Stayed for four nights with our dog. Place was clean, fully equipped, and close to everything you need! Our dog loved hitting the beach early in the morning and a beach pass was included! This property was the perfect size for our family of 4 and small dog. The house was very clean and well stocked with the essentials (kitchenware, towels, blankets). We were able to enjoy both the hot tub and fire pit, and there was lots to do nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful and relaxing

The house is in a great location, clean, and very cozy. It was the perfect place to relax for a weekend away. We had a small issue with the shower but property management was easily accessible, professional, and very helpful. The beds were dreamy and we loved the hot tub!
