「This property was ideal for our needs of 10 people ages 25-96 from 5 states. Beautiful beach location with enough space for fun, common areas and comfortable, private space for everyone including private baths.The hot-tub photo on the website should be deleted as that does not exist and a few details need attention such as waste baskets in bathrooms and bedrooms, kitchen towels, etc but overall well stocked and functional. Would recommend and hope to visit again if we need space for a large...

「In one word AMAZING! We rented this property to gather our immediate family, adult children and grandchildren. We had a tragedy in our family as my oldest son was killed, this made our once close family, split apart. This property was so beautiful and such a happy place to be that my prayers were answered my family began the healing process. The location and the views one could not be unhappy. Thank you Jason for helping to make the stay amazing!」

「Beautiful beach house nestled in the dune grasses. Located on the border of OOB and Ocean Park, it was perfect for us with over 150 years of history up there.The beach was right outside our door and the rooftop deck was a favorite perch for all to watch the tides. Especially loved the kitchen being so well appointed that I could cook!Front row seat for the best 7 miles of beach on the eatern seaboard!」

Loved sitting outside with the marsh right there, with bird watching and excellent sun sets. Jill was easy to reach when needed. We are repeat renters of this property, and we'll be back.」
