"The house is located on a lake as described. We arrived in the evening on a hot summer day and had some major issues with the A/C which was a portable unit that wasn't hooked up and incompatible with the windows. There is no central A/C. The host's primary representative is in Colorado though they have a local person that was willing to try to remedy. I am certain the property owner will get this fixed."
