「The hotel’s location is great, and the overall stay was good. However, we were unfortunate to encounter an elevator malfunction and were trapped inside for nearly an hour, eventually rescued with the help of 911.」

「Very nice B&B. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The building is historical; however, was under good care. The room is pretty and clean, except that the sheets cause allergies. After we ask the staff to change the sheets, everything is fine. The breakfast is simple, and the staff cooks eggs and pancakes onsite. Lots of parking lots around, and are all free. The location of MVI is not at Waikiki and is very quiet in the neighborhood. Thus suits for those who drive themselves travelling...

「It was good experience to stay in this property. The only challenge I had was when I checked in. The directions provided was condo in XXX T2 which referred to Tower 2. If the instructions had mentioned it, it would have made our life easier since we had to go to Tower 1 and then Tower 2 since it was not clear. Second, parking arrangement was confusing.
