「The staircase to our room is winding, and I need to go up and down before arriving at my room. The wall is thin and is not very sound proof, so I can hear what next door's saying and TV noise. It could be disturbing to someone during time for bed. 「The staff lady who greeted us was polite and courteous and allowed us to check in a little early as the room was ready.
