“チェックインの方法について事前に案内がなく、部屋番号が分からず、連絡があるまでしばらく施設に入れなかった。ようやく部屋に入ったと思ったらスタッフが部屋の掃除中だった（17:00頃）。一旦外出して清掃が終わるのを待って部屋に入ったら洗濯物が大量に干してあった。空気が湿っているし、臭かった。シャワーの湯も十分に出ず寒かった。チェックアウトの方法もこちらが聞くまで何の案内もない。クレームをしたが十分な対応をしてもらえなかった。本当に最悪”

"酒店很新，服务很好，早餐丰富。可惜的是房间电源故障，严重影响睡眠。我们的航班晚点，半夜办理入住，本来期望好好睡一觉，结果走廊和卫生间的两个灯无论如何都关不上，拔了房卡关闭全部电源也没用，糟糕的是卫生间的墙是半透明的，房间很亮，拿了面巾纸当眼罩，勉强睡了三个小时，感觉不好，扣分。"
