「Conveniently located for the airport and offers a free shuttle bus service (though arguably this is built into the overall hotel cost(. N.b. I did have to call the hotel to arrange the shuttle bus pick-up from the airport as they were not responding to messages sent via Hotels.com. 」

「I stayed 2 nights at this hotel which is in the city centre. The rooms are not big but comfortable and clean with toiletries and coffee/tea. House keeping was efficient and my bath robe was promptly delivered. The buffet breakfast was excellent with an egg station and different selection of hot dishes offered everyday.」

「Water pump or some kind of timers with noise from to time + makes the quite night spoiled.」

「We are tourists for kenya safari, and of course no one will wear formal clothes like businessman. unfortunately hotel people have smile faces to everyone who wearing business suit but not interesting to even say hello to us who wearting jeans and tshirt. that's really not a good experinece in Nairobi. But, there something that I should mention hear that we used the hotel limousine for one day the driver is extreamly good and warm hearted.」
